How do I Order?

You can order online by selecting items for inclusion in your shopping cart.  Once you have selected all you want, you just follow the order process through the steps in the shopping cart.

How do I pay?

  • You can pay online by PayPal using your Visa or MasterCard. You do not need a PayPal account to do this.
  • You can also pay offline by Visa or MasterCard. This payment will be processed offline via our merchant facility offline for maximum security.
  • You can also pay by transferring the invoice amount direct to our bank account by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) from your bank account. Our EFT details are:

Tell me about PayPal?

PayPal is Australia's favourite way to pay online^. It's a faster, easier and safer way to make and accept payments online. If you have an account with PayPal they remember and safeguard your credit and debit card numbers so you won't have to type the details each time you buy online. And you can still choose which card you'd like to use every time. They also offer great Buyer Protection, and it's free to sign up too!

It’s free to shop online with PayPal – there are no fees.

But, You do NOT need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

What if I don't want to use PayPal to pay with my credit card?

PayPal uses industry-leading Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your payment information. We do not have access to this information and it is safe.  But If you are still concerned and prefer to pay by credit card directly with us over the phone, then place your order using this payment option and we'll ring you to process the payment.

Is my personal information kept private?

We consider the information you choose to share with us as personal and confidential. We will not share, rent, or sell any of your personal information. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we are able to cancel it for you if you request. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped. Postage/freight fees are non refundable, sorry.

What if an item is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may be out-of-stock or a supplier delivery may be delayed. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise or have a back-order entered at that time.

Can I have a credit account?

Businesses or organisations with an ABN (Australian Business Number) can apply for a credit account after they have successfully completed at least 3 online orders. Contact us for an application form.

What about RETURNS?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and the service we offer. It is up to you however to make choices that are right for you – changing your mind afterwards is not a sufficient reason for a return.

If an item is damaged or faulty when it arrives from us we will either replace the item or refund you with the purchase price, the original cost of delivery and the cost to return the item to us, whichever you prefer. Please be sure to contact us first to obtain a Return Request Form before sending the item back to us within 21 days of the initial delivery.

Once you receive approval for the return, we recommend that you return goods using registered post or a trackable delivery service. BuyEcoGreen cannot be held responsible and will not be able to provide a refund if returned items are lost in transit.



What type of packaging do you use to send my order?

We use environmentally responsible packaging as much as possible. This includes recycled paper packs and tubes, reused and recycled cardboard boxes, reused newsprint and cardboard padding, shredded paper, biodegradable cellophane bags, and recycled brown kraft wrapping paper.

We also reuse packaging materials that are sent to us - so sometimes you may find eg bubble wrap, plastic wrap or other materials in our cartons. We hope that you give these materials a longer life by reusing them in turn, and recycling what you can't reuse.



How do you deliver?

Our aim is to provide delivery services to customers wherever they are in Australia. And that’s quite an issue, because Australia is a big country.

For this reason we mainly use Australia Post, especially for regional and remote deliveries, as really the only organisation which can properly serve these locations. In doing so we use the Australia Post freight calculator for accurate costing of the charges according to weight and destination. The rates are determined by Australia Post, plus an allowance for packaging. Deliveries can be made to PO Boxes using this method.

Metro Orders are delivered by Courier eg Fastway Couriers,  where deliveries can be signed for at the delivery address on the day, or by Australia Post otherwise.

Due to the weight of many common office products it is not currently viable to offer free delivery. Instead we offer all customers a 10% discount for orders over $150.

How quickly is your order processed? Im most cases orders placed online before 1pm leave the same day; orders after 12pm generally leave the next day. We hold good levels of stock for most items, but occasionally there might be a delay or a split delivery if we're short or if a restock is delayed.

For those in inner Melbourne suburbs, a pick-up of orders can be arranged from our warehouse in Dandenong. Please select this option if you can and want to collect your order from our warehouse. We will notify you when the order is ready for collection.



What if I can’t see what I want?

With so many eco products available globally now, what you want is probably out there. Just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll put it on the list and do our best to find it…… and consider it for inclusion in our product range.



Where can I find out about the environmental benefits of particular products or types of products?

We provide a number of environmental information pages on this site. These pages give information on a variety of the most common product types that we stock, as well as the environmental criteria we use to select products. Visit Info.



Can I get products with my logo or message printed on them?

Yes you can. But you can’t order these online. Just send us an email with details of the product you are interested in, the desired quantity and if you want one or more colours printed. Alternatively visit our specialist eco promotional products site: www.ecopromotions.com.au
